[dsdp-pmc] Please vote on TM Target Communication Framework (TCF) contribution

Dear PMC,
I just uploaded Wind River's proposed Target Communication
Framework (TCF) significant contribution:

Please vote for including this contribution to the
DSDP-TM project. All further information is in the
bug description.
You should know that I've been challenged by ECF
project lead Scott Lewis that this might partically
be a duplication of ECF APIs and Efforts. Personally,
I don't think so since the scope of TCF is very
different; it's more targeting the specific protocol
implementation than the generic APIs that ECF provides;
and, we are willing to collaborate with ECF on improving
the initial contribution.
Please give your +1 vote on this mailing list, I'll
confirm PMC approval on the CQ when the voting is done.
