[dsdp-mtj-dev] Jetty dependency changes

I am about to commit some changes to fix the bug[1] for moving MTJ's Jetty dependency to a later one. Changes will be moving the MTJ dependency to Jetty 6 which is the Jetty version that is currently in the Helios builds. There are no MTJ API changes as part of this change. However, MTJ will no longer need to ship Jetty 5 as part of the pulsar/MTJ packages. This mail is meant as a warning for anyone with dependencies to Jetty 5 in their products. If you have dependencies or concerns, please let me know.
