Just a quick scan of some of the issues in the UI... I think a lot of these can be fixed with the newer API's that have been made public in more recent Eclipse releases than what was available when I originally wrote the code.  I haven't done any significant analysis though.

Did we get flagged on the preprocessor hooks?  I would assume that is going to cause some problems and without the JDT hooks, we will need to apply for an allowance there since there is no public API to do what we are doing in the hooks plugin.

A good news on this Galileo requirements is that we don’t need to fix everything. We are only required to document all deviations that mtj has (https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=252794 see comment 1). But les try to fix all the ones that make sense
