Yes, each project has its own avtive
configurations, have a tool on tool bar will not work. Create a view to
select active configuration may add complexity and not necessary for now.

Be careful here... The device configurations are currently
tied to the project and/or launch configuration. You are essentially talking
about some kind of "global" selection which does not currently
fit in with the way launching works.  To be "correct" it
would need to be selectable in other parts of the preferences.

Thanks for prompt reply, I see that...

But I still prefer  faster way...

If you don't have opened application descriptor, then  steps are:
- double click to open application descriptor
- scroll to runtime part (if you don't have screen > 1600x1050 :) )
- select new active configuration
- CTRL+S
- run...

As I wrote, to future I recommend quick Combobox..
May be I could implement this, reopen this bug 249838....

The Bug 249838 is already fixed. I opened perspective Java ME, but I can't
find this quick option...
