Title: Latest Help with developer documentation in CVS

Hi all,

I just committed the latest version of help to cvs. This version now contains a proposal for developer documentation (help to extend the MTJ). Javadocs are still missing from Reference section but will be added.

Now it is very important to get all the comments very soon so that we can finalize the documentation.
