[dsdp-dd-dev] Memory View Workflow Enhancement: Add / Remove Renderings

Hi -

Ted has contributed a patch to enhance the Add / Remove Rendering workflow
in the Memory View.  The patch is to remove the toolbar from the Renderings
pane.  The user will always be presented with a "Add Renderings" tab.  The
user can add renderings from this tab.

In addition, the "Remove Rendering" action has also been removed.  Instead,
the user can click on the "X" icon on rendering tab to remove a rendering.
The patch also includes new shortcuts for adding and removing renderings.
