It's not supported at the moment. This configuration could be useful, so I think eventually this feature will be implemented.

I'm asking, because if I register second (for example PDT + my custom toolkit), all build particpant factories from second toolkit receive ExternalScriptProject instead of ScriptProject and I'm not sure if this is the correct behavior.
