Hi,

I just noticed that there does not seem to be any update sitecontaining the DLTK/JS packages for a 3.x release. The indigo site onlyseems to contain ruby, python and tcl packages and thehttp://download.eclipse.org/technology/dltk/updates/ site only has DLTK2.0 or older.

Is this intentional and users are supposed to download the javascriptpackages to a local disk for installation?
