Hi Andrey,

There are fixes that we contributed to HEAD, which are not present in R2_0_WAVE_1_6 - most of them are in the H2 indexer.

If merging of these fixes into R2_0_WAVE_1_6 can work for you - we'd love to use the same branch.

Otherwise, we will need to create a separate branch from HEAD, and build it locally ourselves.

This is not really required in our case, so if you'd like to branch from later or earlier state, we can expose results of that branching only for your needs.
