A committer election for Hannes Wellmann on project Eclipse Dash
(technology.dash) was started by Wayne Beaton with this criteria:

Hannes implemented and is the primary maintainer of the GitHub workflow for
the Eclipse Dash License Tool.

He has contributed the following commits himself (and is credited as a
co-author on many others).

Hannes is already a committer on five Eclipse projects and is a project lead
on two. He knows our processes. He has more than demonstrated that he
understands what he is doing and there is no need for me to continue to be a
bottleneck for his contributions.
