[dash-dev] Eclipse Dash would like to migrate project repositories to Gi

Hi All,

This is a quick note to inform you that I made a request on behalf of the Eclipse Dash project to migrate most of its repositories on Gitlab. 

However, we've decided to keep https://github.com/eclipse/dash-licenses on Github for now. We have a small number of collaborators who are engaged and we rather avoid the disruption.

We will look at migrating this repo at a later time!

Don't hesitate to post a comment on our Gitlab issue if you have any questions about this migration!
