Try using the svn:// protocol instead. The http:// protocol used to work, but it stopped working two weeks ago. I don't know why. Also, I would put the ",," after the "org.eclipse.gef3d", where the "trunk" is :

plugin@org.eclipse.draw3d=SVN,trunk

,svn://dev.eclipse.org/svnroot/technology/org.eclipse.gef3d,,org.eclipse.draw3d
