p2 repo: yes, happens today if you use the build.steps=buildUpdate in your build.properties (you get a zipped p2 repo).

maven repo: yes, with some effort. Open a bug (or comment on an existing one).

Is there anyway to get Athena to produce a p2 repo and a maven repo?
