[dali-dev] JAXB test plug-in

 I have checked in a new test plug-in org.eclipse.jpt.jaxb.core.tests. 
Run JaxbCoreTests with a 1.6 JRE so that the JAXB annotations are on the 
classpath. Tran you can go ahead and add this plug-in to the build along 
with a corresponding feature.
