[dali-dev] Dali 2.2 plans for Entity Generation

As many of you know, we have been looking at a proposed contribution in
the area of Entity Generation for Dali 2.2. This item can be seen on
the Dali 2.2 plan -

The proposed replacement includes many of the requested enhancements for
the Entity Gen wizard over the past several releases.. Take a look at
the corresponding bug for more details on the wizard -

We are working to ensure that there are no functional regressions with
the new wizard in the review process. We are also testing to verify
that the output of the generation is comparable, and that bugs entered
against the original Entity Generation do not exist in the new code.
That said, there are sure to be some things that slip through, so I
encourage adopters to take a look at the contribution before and after
it is implemented so that feedback can be provided in a timely matter.
We are working toward completing this transition in M6.
