Title: File encoding

Hi all,

The project properties for org.eclipse.jpt.ui use the file encoding ISO-8859-1. I’d like to know if there is a reason for it and if we can switch to UTF-8? The nice thing with UTF-8 is that I can use some characters in the javadoc for the UI classes to show the layout.
