Continued adding back content to the new context model
Refactored resource and resource models
Added specifiedMapping and defaultMapping support to JavaPersistentAttribute, added Basic and Embedded mappings back to test
Added context model support for PersistenceUnit
Refactored model adapters further
Worked on odd JUnit test failure involving Facet removal
