You can access the Dali code base via anonymous pserver in the CVS 
repository located here:

Host:  dev.eclipse.org
Repository path:  /cvsroot/webtools

Then look for the "org.eclipse.jpa" module, and below that is 
"plugins".  Our 0.5 plugins are named org.eclipse.dali.* and our new 
code base for 1.0 plugins are named org.eclipse.jst.jpa.*.
