[dali-dev] Moving Tests, Renaming Edit?

I am currently moving the tests over to the earlier proposed structure.

In addition, I am considering changing the name of the edit plugin's 
packages to reflect the name of the plugin, since this seems to be a 
somewhat stable moment in time.  If there are objections, let me know.  
If none come in the next two hours, I will go ahead and have that done 
as well.
