[cross-project-issues-dev] SimRel Migration to GitHub

I am pleased to announce that the migration of SimRel to GitHub
is effectively complete:

I have created the following "discussion" with what I hope are
useful details:

This includes instructions for how to set up a new development, please
use it, as well as detailed instructions for work with pull
requests for those familiar with Gerrit but not with the GitHub
pull request workflow. Even if you know that you know
everything, please read it anyway.
Please use the comments field at the bottom on the above
discussion for any questions you may have, rather than spamming
the mailing list.
