I could reproduce my problem locally and created 
https://bugs.eclipse.org/329854 to track this issue.
On the bug you'll find the necessary files to recreate.

From my current understanding it looks like a bug
in the aggregator, but can't claim I understand what
exactly the aggregator is verifying here.
