We just updated the rap build file for RC3, could you please include rap
in the build again?

The reason for this incompatibility is that the RAP runtime *includes*
some platform bundles in order to provide a complete target platform for
applications.
We will rethink this bundling in the next release. Theoretically, the
RAP runtime could also require these bundles instead of including them.
However, since you currently have to uncheck the "include dependencies"
option due to bug 276000, users would probably end up with an incomplete
target. Thus I don't want to change the feature for Helios.
