[cross-project-issues-dev] Status and outlook for RC3 +1

I've sent some notes to this list already,
but wanted to add that I have (once again) removed RAP from the .build
files temporarily.

I'm sure there's a (good?) reason it
is so tightly tied to Eclipse/Equinox level ... since this breaks every
+0 day when the platform updates its contributions ... but maybe it could
be explained to the rest of us? 
Or is there a known limitation where
a bug is opened already?
