[cosmos-dev] Committers/contributors should know: how-to for the remaind

Hi folks,

This is the last week of development for iteration 1. On Wednesday we will 
build a candidate build and every team must run a sanity test on this 
driver to ensure that everything that you've checked in so far is good for 
the official test pass, which starts Monday next week. Due to the 
holidays, the test pass for iteration 1 will span 3 weeks instead of the 
standard 2 weeks (Dec 22 to Jan 09).

Each team must state the results of its tests this week in the wiki page 
showing this week's test state: http://wiki.eclipse.org/COSMOS_v1.1_I1w5 
Only when all teams have reported status will we know if we're good to go 
with the test pass or not.

This iteration we are producing an iteration driver, not a milestone 
driver, and thus the test pass is to ensure that the iteration driver is 
stable. We will not advertise this driver because Eclipse allows us to 
advertise only Milestone and Release drivers, but it is possible that an 
early adopter will pick up this driver and it is expected, in accordance 
with Agile practices, that the driver is usable.
