[cosmos-dev] i10 Candidate Build Respin - Friday at 12pm ET

Team,

Per our discussion on today's architecture call, we will be respinning the i10 candidate driver tomorrow (April 25) at 12:00 p.m. EDT.  If you have stop-ship problems that need to be checked in, please request approval using the template below (also on wiki: http://wiki.eclipse.org/COSMOS_Stop_Ship_Template)

Subproject leads and Jimmy (as rep for a key adopter),

Since Mark is out this week, please post your approval for any bugs for your subproject (Jimmy, please post your vote for all bugs).

Stop-ship Template:

When requesting approval to check in a fix when COSMOS is in stop-ship mode, post your request to the Project's mailing list with answers to the following questions:
1.        Explain why you believe this is a stop-ship defect. How does the defect manifest itself, and how will users of COSMOS / consuming products be affected if the defect is not fixed?
2.        Is there a work-around? If so, why do you believe the work-around is insufficient?
3.        Is this a regression or API breakage? Explain.
4.        Does this require new API?
5.        Who performed the code review?
6.        Is there a test case attached to the bugzilla record?
7.        What is the risk associated with this fix?
8.        Is this fix related to any standards that COSMOS adheres to? If so, who has validated that the fix continues to adhere to the standard?
