[cosmos-dev] Approval request for bugs 219966, 220212 and 220217

Since we are doing a respin of the build I would like to request that the
following defects be considerd for PMC appoval to get into the next build.

These bugs are related to the query builder and will limit the types of
queries the end user can create if they are not fixed.  The reason these
bugs were not found before is because the manual test does not cover the
creation of all possible combintation of cmdbf queries.  I plan to add more
manual test to cover these bugs.    I have a fix in hand for these bugs and
the risk is low since each fix is either a few lines of code change or
updating configuration files.
