Just a heads up on this build... IBM
people will need to use the IBM Ottawa mirror.  Apparently the Torolab
and Raleigh mirrors do not have the build, nor do any of the alternate
external mirrors.  Non-IBM people should use the Main eclipse.org
site, as that appears to work if you are outside of IBM.

Is that the way this is supposed to
be for a weekly integration build?

Hi folks,

is now operational. 

Project leads, please assign the task of running the JUnits on Windows
to a member of your project and post the results by tomorrow morning.

Given that there isn't enough time to finish running the JUnits to verify
the build for QA by 4:00 PM today, the ETA for promoting this candidate
build is 12:00 noon tomorrow morning assuming that there's no problems.
