Hi folks,

is now operational. 

Project leads, please assign the task
of running the JUnits on Windows to a member of your project and post the
results by tomorrow morning.

Given that there isn't enough time to
finish running the JUnits to verify the build for QA by 4:00 PM today,
the ETA for promoting this candidate build is 12:00 noon tomorrow morning
assuming that there's no problems.
