Actually, I don't think it's a bad idea to have a separate cosmos.doc
component. "cosmos.web" to me suggests maintainance of the web
site, and having doc be part of that is confusing at best. Plus, even if
Rich is the one who currently owns both the web site & the documentation,
keeping them separate helps keep the work organized better, and allows web and
doc to not necessarily both be owned by the same person in the future.
