[cosmos-dev] Updated instructions for setting up the DC environment

Fellow DCers,

 

I’ve updated the instructions at  http://wiki.eclipse.org/index.php/COSMOSDataCollectorEnvironment that describe how to assemble a DC environment. There’s information for getting Apache Derby and iBatis and initializing the ProviderRegistry and StatisticalCollector database tables.

 

I’ll add another page describing how to run the end-to-end using JMX (collection and querying) shortly.
