Title: New chat code

There are 3 new bundles required for the HEAD chat code.  These were committed at 1:15 EDT on 5/21/2007

Here are the bundle names:

- org.eclipse.corona.collaboration.chat.generic.client
- org.eclipse.corona.collaboration.chat.generic.common
- org.eclipse.corona.collaboration.chat.generic.server

"org.eclipse.corona.collaboration.chat.generic.common' is required by both the client and server.

There were also other changes for these bundles.  Please re-synch with the latest HEAD version.
