[corona-dev] Doc plugin included in build

  Changes / enhancements were made to build:

• doc feature and plugin are included in build, some changes to javadoc generation were made because of sdk features
• setup.zip is no longer generated and supplied with Corona
• Derby was committed to public CVS and is included build (thx Jim)

 

  Still waiting for Jackrabbit. Please commit it to CVS and update build process.
