No, I was looking for it on the eclipse site. I must be blind, it hard to find.

Good question! I believe before first milestone we want to be included in Europa milestone. For us it would be M8. Otherwise it may turn out that our project is incompatible with Eclipse 3.3. Of course Eclipse 3.3 should be backward compatible ...
