[corona-dev] New CVS directory for other stuff.

I have created org.eclipse.corona/other folder for keeping stuff that is 
not exactly for coding but still nice to have a track. For instance I 
have put there a vector version of logging architecture, which is then 
put on wiki page as a bitmap. This is just in case it needs to be 
modified later on.
