Title: Bug :161808 - Collaboration Events appearing wrong ContextContainers

When the event is received by the ECF component, the event is simply passed to the OSGi Event Manager.  It should therefore be filtered by the ContextContainer that is processing the message.

For chat I have added the ability of a component to get the message directly from the ECF component without the use of the OSGi Event Admin.  If the ContextContainers need to use this ability let me know.
