Hello everyone,

I have just asked the Webmaster to create
us a new target in Bugzilla of 0.2.0, which will be the version number
of the next release.  If possible would you all set 0.2.0 as the target
for any bugs you have fixed since 0.1.3 and any bugs you fix between now
and the next release?  This will allow us to query what was done for
each release and will help with bug and feature tracking and compilation
of release notes.
