When I look at https://git.eclipse.org/r/admin/repos/cdt/org.eclipse.cdt,general , it tells me my SSH URL is "ssh://cwalther@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx:29418/cdt/org.eclipse.cdt" - no "/r" and no ".git". Maybe try that?
