One more, this time related to Qt:

My test project does not make any reference to Qt, neither in .project, nor in any .settings.

I have no idea what is wrong and how to avoid these errors, but they showed several times.

Unless a solution is identified, I'll probably have to disable the Qt features in Embed CDT.
