[cdt-dev] C++ EPP for Photon M6

The C++ EPP is now ready for Photon M6. This is a milestone release of
all of Eclipse IDE in preparation for the full release in June 2018.

The next Photon milestone, M7, is due from CDT is due on the 14th of
May with the C++ EPP ready a few days later. In addition, Oxygen.3
release date is coming up this Wednesday, 21st March.
