Unfortunately I was in transit when I tried to dial in and so missed the pointer to the Hangout.
My contribution to the call would have been to direct attention to bug

I have the same problem.
I’m not able to dial in, is anyone else having any luck. Almost looks like the toll-free number has been disconnected already.
This is a wiki page on the system we use (for now, it’s going to change soon). There are desktop clients that may or may not work for you.
