[cdt-dev] forum or cdt-dev?

There are a number of people who ask questions on extending CDT on the
forums[1,2].

Can/should I be encouraging them to ask these questions on the cdt-dev
mailing list? These people as a possible future contributor to CDT.

PS This may become even more relevant as the future of the forums are
uncertain[3].
