[cdt-dev] RC1 next week

Hi all,

CDT 8.7/Mars RC1 is due next week Monday.  It is a holiday in Canada however,
so if I cannot manage to publish it Monday, I'll do it first thing Tuesday.

We are planning on getting the Docker contribution done by then.
If there is anything else, please let us know.
