Re: [cdt-dev] Release update site naming

I changed it on purpose to allow us to be decoupled from the release train
and call it what it actually is.

I don¹t think the name matters much. I don¹t think many people actually
install the CDT from our update site, the get it from the simrel site.
This site is really for adopters who probably prefer it to have the proper
CDT version number on it.
