[cdt-dev] Updating the Downloads page

Hi,

I have updated the CDT website locally for Kepler but some things are 
missing:

-p2 update site not found, I tried 
http://download.eclipse.org/tools/cdt/releases/kepler
-zip, preferably without the .pack.gz files that makes it twice as big 
;) I tried 
http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/download.php?file=/tools/cdt/releases/kepler/r/cdt-master-8.2.0.zip
-CDT_8_2_0 tag. I can push that myself, I would tag this commit:

commit 83c3e6d27fb8c846436f0d50c16ae5064e4f8249
Bug 410519 - UnsupportedOperationException: addMember method should be
called instead.
