Hi,

I've been trying to import my C++ projects into Juno using the Visual 
C++ toolchain. In Indigo, it managed to set up the include paths 
half-way, but in Juno it fails completely to set up any include paths.

I'd be interested in contributing a fix, but I'm unsure what the 
likelyhood is of getting a patch accepted. My previous patch submitted 
to the VC toolchain 
(https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=357980) is still open 
with no comments on it.
