Hi,

I want to change the behavior or the indexer with respect to dependent projects (and external SDKs).

The motivation for that is three-fold:

· Currently, the behavior is not deterministic (and sometimes confusing).

· With many dependencies the indexer performance is very poor.

· The current approach makes it hard to parallelize the indexer on project level.
