Whoops, replying to all this time:

Yes, when we're gathering up the items, we'll identify the ones that
people who don't want to stay for the whole thing want to participate
in and we'll schedule them. We'll have them identified by noon and
posted to the wiki.

I guess the main issue is that we often won't know how long we want to
spend on items until we actually start discussing them. Things like
build could take a whole day, or a couple of hours depending on how
much discussion we need and how deep we end up going. So the main
items like that need to be flexible.
