Hi everyone,
I marked bug 254200 (ICU4J requirement for Galileo, for more details please see the link below) fixed earlier today but upon closer look I don't think we have made the switch yet. I've attached a patch on the bug to fix this. Since the patch includes changes spanning over quite a number of plug-ins, I'm wondering if component leads can take a quick look to see if these changes are safe (I did a search on "import java.text" and replace them with ICU4J, didn't get any compile errors, but I just want to make sure I didn't break anything). If we can get this in before our Friday morning build that'd be great. Please let me know if you have any concern/question. Thanks.
