For anyone interested in populating their Project Configuration from the
Dwarf Debug info, I've posted a small example plugin + patches to
cdt.core to https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=236872 .
Patches are against current CDT HEAD, but should also work for CDT 4
(though requires Java 5).
