RE: [cdt-dev] Build and releng work

O.K., The build scripts are available in the cdt downloads directory at:

/home/www/tools/cdt/scripts

The option to them is the ant target to run. 'nightly' gives us the tagged
and moved to the downloads area builds. There are others for trying out
things without tagging, like 'zips' which only creates the master zip and
'build' which also runs the tests.

There is one for HEAD and one for cdt_4_0. I've also updated the build.xml
file for cdt_4_0 to put the build tag on the cdt_4_0 branch.

I checked and you and Chris are in the cdtadmin user group so you should be
good to go.
